Your role as team leader

As a Team Leader at Bilka, you will be responsible for the daily leadership of your team. You will play a central role in ensuring efficient operations, development of employees, and creating an inclusive culture. You will work closely with management and other departments to ensure the team meets Bilka's standards and goals. You will take on the daily responsibility for the team's – primarily weekday – part-time employees. Our youth initiative is something we want to prioritize even higher in the future.

Your responsibilities include

• Daily leadership and active participation in the Nonfood team
• Hiring, onboarding and development of employees
• Planning and follow-up on operating routines and key figures
• Ensure a high standard for customer service and product quality
• Implement strategic initiatives and drive your own projects

Who are you?

With your solid leadership skills you create a feedback and learning culture in your team. You think analytically, have financial insight and are a skilled communicator. You are sales- and result-oriented with a strong customer focus, while also able to motivate and engage your colleagues.
