Telecommunications technician and shop assistant for WeCoverYou Herning

20 hours - 37 per week.

At WeCoverYou A/S we are seeking a shop assistant with a technical profile for our physical store in Herning.

You will become part of a dynamic and ambitious company with a flat organizational structure.

We run 9 Labtech stores and 9 WeCoverYou stores spread across the country. In addition to our physical stores we also operate a webshop.

Challenges & tasks

• Sales and customer service: You will be responsible for assisting and helping customers with their needs, including mobile phone and computer accessories.
• Repairs: Repairs of Tele, Tablet, PC, Mac

Personal qualities & qualifications

• You thrive in a high tempo and keep an overview in busy situations.
• You have a positive approach to tasks and take pride in delivering good service.
• You are social and approachable, which makes you naturally outgoing and a strong

team player.

• You are goal-oriented and ambitious – and always strive to deliver your best.
• You have experience with repairs of Tele, Tablet and PC as well as an interest in IT, telecom, sales and technology and enjoy keeping up with developments in electronics and IT.

About the job

As an employee you will be an active part of the sales which includes IT equipment, covers, mobile accessories and much more. You are part of being the shop's outward face when you build relationships with customers. Your workplace will be the store in Herning.

• You have experience with repairs of Tele, Tablet and PC.
