Tagdækkervej in Hammel is looking for substitutes for varying working hours. We are looking for someone who wants to work with the target group over a longer period, or who perhaps studies to become a pedagog, nurse, social and health care assistant, physiotherapist, occupational therapist or similar and who wishes a relevant and meaningful student job.

• Can work independently and take responsibility for the tasks.

• Wish to contribute to the interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Have an appreciative approach in collaboration with citizens, colleagues and relatives.
• Have experience with care and nursing tasks e.g. personal care or wish to gain it.

About Tagdækkervej

There are 3 departments with 8 residents with acquired brain injury. Based on the municipal action plan and the resident's own wishes, we concretize the effort in an individual plan. Our task is to give the residents a meaningful life based on their wishes and needs.

Tagdækkervej is part of the Brain Injury Special Area under the Social Department in the Central Denmark Region. The Brain Injury Special Area consists of seven 24-hour care facilities and two day services in East Jutland. The target group is people over 18 years old with acquired brain injury and/or permanent physical disability. We are an organization that emphasizes dialogue, competence and boldness.

The position is generally a full-time position.
