About us

We are anchored in the Center Management and Support section, which consists of 15 employees and about 10 external consultants.

The section is responsible for governance and management support to Center Technology and Operations, which is responsible for development, management, operation and support of IT solutions and infrastructure. This includes, among other things, contract management, finances, audits, resources for development, registration and follow-up on Defence IT systems. We also support a number of responsible managers in their administration tasks, including through procurement of IT services within development, operation, support, and consultants, and ensuring compliance with laws and various compliance.

About the position

You will join a team consisting of a project manager and a sub-project manager.

Everyone in the team bears a large responsibility in task execution. Sparring, professionalism and good humor are a central part of everyday life. We offer an exciting and meaningful everyday life, where your work will have direct influence on the execution of several settlement projects.

Your tasks as a starting point consist of

  • Analysis of the project's content, the customer's needs and the business deliverables
  • Coordination and framing of tasks internally in the Cyber Division
  • Ongoing coordination with internal and external partners in the Defence
  • Evaluation of the project and follow-up on finances

About you

We imagine you have a relevant background in, for example, IT, technology or buildings and facilities. The most important is not what your education is called but that you are good at building relationships, coordinating across and communicating with many different stakeholders.

We place emphasis on that you

  • have experience with project- or coordination tasks
  • thrive in collaboration with many different stakeholders
  • are skilled at creating overview and following up on agreements and deadlines
  • have good competencies in meeting and process facilitation
  • are motivated by working across disciplines and organizational units

It is a plus if you have basic knowledge of IT infrastructure for buildings and facilities, since a large part of the work involves coordinating and creating coherence between different disciplines.

Experience from the Defence or another larger organization is an advantage but not a requirement.

Employment terms

If you are an academic, you are employed under the then-current collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and a number of academic organizations for academics in the state (Academic Agreement).

If you have office education or another relevant education, you are employed under the then-current Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The State Sector (OAO-S joint agreement) and the organizational agreement for office clerks, laboratory technicians and IT staff.

Depending on your qualifications and competencies, there is potential for pay supplements. There is an employer-funded pension scheme attached to the position.

The workplace is in Hvidovre.

As an employee in the Ministry of Defence area you are subject to certain special terms. You must, among other things, be security cleared and maintain the security clearance during the entire employment.

You, as an employee, are obliged to render service outside the country's borders, including at units in international operations with a view to participation in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peacebuilding, humanitarian and other similar operations.
