The Myhlenbergparken Nursing Home is seeking social and health care assistants

At Myhlenbergparken we are looking for two professionally skilled and caring social- and health care assistants for a permanent position mainly in day shifts – 37 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible .

At the nursing home Myhlenbergparken you will have the opportunity to participate in a multidisciplinary collaboration. We work with great respect for the fact that we are in the residents' home, and this requires both professional and ethical competencies as well as reflections.

At Myhlenbergparken we work from person-centered care and we work according to Tom Kitwood's theory BLOMSTEN. In addition, the work will include holistic care, the key worker principle and working with compensatory strategies that make the residents as self-reliant, active and participating in their own lives as possible.

Training and introduction

We place great emphasis on you receiving a safe and thorough introduction, tailored to your personal and professional competencies. You will always have a fixed colleague attached in the startup period, whom you can seek sparring with.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment is on collective agreement terms, where the salary is agreed with the negotiating organization.

A police certificate will be requested, and employment is conditional on its approval.

To be employed in Mariagerfjord Municipality you must have MitID.
