About us

In the Health Care Team you will have 30 engaged colleagues and become part of an active and autonomous team of professionally competent colleagues. We are a team with a focus on high well-being, high professional level and room for humor in everyday life.

Visitators are divided into 3 clusters, where each cluster handles cases/inquiries/discharges as well as common tasks across.

Each cluster collaborates with a number of districts. There is a fixed visitator attached to each district – “Visitation Tæt På” – where you attend in person in the district once a week.

We assess for personal and practical help, training, assistance schemes, leave of absence, as well as elderly and nursing home housing according to Vejle Municipality's quality standards.

Health Care Team is part of the Authority Department which also includes an assistive devices team and the disability and social psychiatry team. In total about 120 colleagues, with cross-department collaboration.

We are a development-oriented department, with focus on professional quality and good case processing.

We offer a workplace focused on well-being, good collaboration, strong relationships and a good mood.

We emphasise that you receive a thorough introduction to the Health Care Team and to the work as a caseworker. You will be thoroughly trained by experienced visitators before you start working independently.
