Do you want to work somewhere that has room to follow the children's initiatives, delve into play and develop the pedagogical everyday life together with your colleagues? At Kildehuset we are looking for two pedagogues – one for the nursery and one for the kindergarten

A house with common direction and room for your ideas

Kildehuset is an integrated day care with a nursery, a kindergarten and a base group. We work with clear frames and predictability so the children have a safe base from which to explore the world. At the same time, we make room for their different needs, expressions and initiatives.

We collaborate across rooms and departments and use each other for professional sparring and coordination. The shared responsibility for the house is important to us – both when we plan and when everyday life requires us to help each other.

In the nursery you create safety and courage for the first steps

You become an important adult in the daily life of the youngest children. From the secure drop-off in the morning to play, meals and getting dressed, you work with presence, care and the children’s emerging independence.

You follow the children’s initiatives, name their experiences and feelings and help them into the community. Song play, movement and sensory activities are some of the ways we support their development.

In the kindergarten you give play and the child community good conditions

In the kindergarten you help create a daily life where children can immerse themselves, experiment and develop their relationships. You participate in the play and are attentive to how you can support each child in becoming part of the community.

We would like you to have an interest in rhythmic activities, movement or creative expressions. Maybe you have other interests that can open up new possibilities for the children.

For both positions we are looking for someone who

• Is a trained pedagogue and wants to bring your professionalism into play with others.
• Meets children with warmth, curiosity and clarity and is attentive to their perspectives.
• Can create safe frameworks while also making room for play and the children’s own initiatives.
• Puts priority on open and trusting dialogue with the parents.
• Is willing to take responsibility for collaboration and contribute with your own ideas and interest in others.

As new at Kildehuset you will receive a structured induction where you will be introduced to our values, workflows and pedagogical direction. Your colleagues and your manager will help you settle into the tasks and the community, and you will be introduced to the cluster management and the union representatives.

Practical information

The job is full-time. Employment from 1. January 2027 or earlier.

Salary and terms of employment are set in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles.

We obtain children's and criminal record checks as well as references from previous employment in connection with the hire.
