Trailer Mechanic

KH OneStop is looking for a skilled and independent trailer mechanic for our repair workshop in Padborg.

Do you have experience as a truck mechanic, agricultural machine mechanic, construction machine mechanic, blacksmith or auto electrician - or have you worked with repair of semi-trailers before? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

You will become an important part of a strong team where we place great emphasis on professional pride, quality and good humor. Regardless of your exact background, it is your mechanical experience and desire to deliver a good piece of work that counts.

The job and your tasks

You will have a varied, fast-paced work day where tasks are solved in close collaboration with good colleagues who always support each other.

Your primary tasks will be

• Servicing, repair and inspection of trailers
• Troubleshooting and repair of lifts
• Troubleshooting via WABCO/KNORR diagnostic programs
• Repair of damages
• Installation and troubleshooting of tracker/GPS

We use digital tools to fill out work cards etc., so you should have familiarity with using a PC or tablet at a user level. You must have a standard driver's license (B), and it is a big plus if you have a truck with trailer license (C+CE).

What we offer you

• A good salary that matches your qualifications, as well as pension and a flexi account (DI agreement)
• Thorough onboarding course for new employees as well as ongoing technical courses internally
• Freedom with responsibility and an informal, direct way of communicating
• Good facilities in a modern workshop with the industry's best equipment

Personal attributes

We are looking for a colleague who is flexible, has a good sense of humor and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to our customers. You thrive working independently, but are also a true team player.
