We conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and hire as soon as we have found the right candidate.

The position is not a fixed-term contract. The recruitment is handled by us, but you will be employed directly by the company.

How the recruitment works

We are a recruitment partner for the position and have the task of finding and presenting relevant candidates to the company. As part of that assignment we advertise the job without the company's name and handle the initial dialogue with the candidates.

In the first part of the process you as a candidate are also anonymous. We present your CV to the company without name and personal information.

If the company would like to meet you, we tell you which company it is.

Afterwards you decide for yourself whether you want to proceed to an interview. Only when you have said yes do we share your name and contact details with the company.

If you are already employed, you can therefore also explore a new opportunity confidentially, without your identity being shared with the company from the start.
