Qualified Social- and Health Care Assistant for Præstø Care Center

Are you the Social- and Health Care Assistant we are looking for at Præstø Nursing Home?

We are looking for you, who is trained as a Social- and Health Care Assistant and who wants to join the journey of the continued implementation of the Elder Law and the shared professional development.

You choose for yourself whether you primarily want a fixed day shift or a fixed evening shift.

We are a nursing home with 39 residences, distributed across 3 departments

We are located inside a Multicenter, where both associations, home care and rehabilitation also have a home. Just outside the door there are scenic surroundings and plenty of life and laughter from the local school.

In a day shift you will experience working in small fixed teams around 12-14 residents per department, but also that we help across the house when needed.

In a day shift you will care for 4-5 residents, or an equivalent workload. You always have colleagues nearby, and our fixed nurse supports nursing-related issues.

In an evening shift there are 2 in each department, and there is as a rule always a Social- and Health Care Assistant present in the house. We allocate ourselves based on competencies and knowledge of the residents, so everyone feels secure. Here too we help across the departments, as the workload in the departments can vary.

There are weekly different activities for the residents, carried out by, among others, voluntary cycling guides, movement team, activity staff and other volunteers.

We are looking for you who

• Are trained as a Social- and Health Care Assistant
• Bring good humor and job satisfaction
• Want to work person-centered
• Are professionally curious and want development and learning
• Want to work a fixed day shift (30-37 hours) or fixed evening shift (28-32 hours)
• Want to work every 2nd weekend
