Marjatta is seeking a staff member for a permanent awake night shift for Svanen at the SampoVig adult center, Stevns

Are you a wide‑awake night owl who would like to help our residents during the night?

And do you love consecutive days off after several days of night shifts?

You must ensure that our residents have the best conditions for a good night0s sleep, and when they need you, you are the helpful hands that guide them through the night. At the same time you will also be the one who helps the residents through their morning rhythm.

SampoVig is one of Marjatta's four adult centers, where social-pedagogical work is carried out based on Rudolf Steiner's worldview as well as Marjatta's jointly developed value, goal and action framework.

In Svanen daily life is simplified through rhythmic repetitions, so residents can be competent in their own lives. We are a § 108 service for 12 people with special needs aged 22 to 64. They are together and, each in their own way, according to the moment and their individual resources. By supporting the individual, the path to development and active participation in the community opens.

We are seeking 1 night shift worker for 37 hours per week. The shifts are from 22:45 to 09:00 with work every 2nd weekend (where you have earlier time off in the mornings).

You will as a night shift worker also be the one who helps the residents in their morning rhythm.

• Can express yourself in writing, and used to documenting the professional work
• General PC skills.

Salary and employment: The appointment and salary placement are made according to the regional collective agreement for social-pedagogical staff and Marjatta0s locally agreed pre-arrangements.

Starting salary for unionized employees: Marjatta, under a service agreement with Region Zealand, is obliged to inform you of the starting salary for the position. You will be told base salary, centrally set allowances and pension in the relevant collective agreement. In addition to the starting salary, the salary may include negotiable allowances depending on the position, your experience and qualifications.
