Host wanted for Airport Hotel Billund

Are you at your best when others are on their way home?

Become a Host at Airport Hotel Billund and join our growth journey

Are you the type who gets more energy as the day turns into evening? Do you thrive with people, pace and good vibes and want to be part of creating something new?

Then you may want to join the journey we are on right now.

Airport Hotel Billund is undergoing major changes. We are renovating, developing and creating a new and even stronger version of the hotel. With a new large bar and restaurant, wine bar and new settings for our guests, the hotel becomes even more a place where people meet, eat, drink, work and unwind after a long day. And for that we need more skilled people.

We are looking for a Host for our evening team

With us you are not just a receptionist.

You are a Host and an important part of the whole guest experience.

You welcome the guest, create the relationship and ensure that things run smoothly. One moment you help an international business traveler with check-in, the next you help in the bar, answer questions or ensure that a family gets a good start to their holiday.

We work across teams, help each other and focus on the total guest experience rather than traditional counters and department boundaries.

And yes – you need to be a night person

The position is primarily for those who want to work when others are off.

Your shifts will typically be from around 3:00 PM to midnight or 6:00 PM to about 2:00 AM .

So if you prefer to start later in the day, thrive on the evening energy and dont mind that the workday ends after midnight, this could be a very good match.

Who are you?

We are not necessarily looking for the perfect CV. We are looking for the right personality.

You are service-minded, curious and enjoy being around people. You take responsibility, see what needs to be done and are happy to lend a hand to a colleague when needed.

You can keep an overview when there is speed, and you understand that good hospitality lies both in great experiences and in small details.

Experience from hotel, restaurant, bar, cafe, retail or other service is of course an advantage, but your energy, attitude and willingness to learn matter at least as much to us.

Why now?

Because it is actually a quite exciting time to become part of Airport Hotel Billund.

You are not entering a hotel where everything must continue exactly as it always has.

You are entering in the middle of a development and growth journey, where the hotel is physically changing, new concepts are coming, and together we will create the next version of Airport Hotel Billund.

Therefore there is room for people with ideas, ambitions and a desire to develop.

Would you like to be part of it from the start?

Then apply via the link no later than 31 October 2026
