Security Staff for Security Service in Internal Service Gladsaxe

Intern Service Gladsaxe, ISG, is an ambitious and development-oriented service company in Gladsaxe Municipality. We are around 200 employees, who together provide internal service provisions to the municipality's schools, daycare centers, administrative areas, cultural areas, etc.

We are organized into four service units of which Security Service is one.

Security Service is certified in the quality management system ISO 9001 and occupational health and safety certified according to ISO 45001.

Main tasks

• Assault alarms
• Burglary alarms
• Round-the-clock patrol, based at Gladsaxe Town Hall.

You must

• Possess a basic security course
• Have experience with professional Security Service, including Alarm driving and handling alarm panels.
• Be in good physical and mental shape.
• Be prepared for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Be service-minded in solving tasks around citizens and other staff
• Have good judgment, be calm and balanced and able to document the ability to handle conflicts.
• Hold a Category B driving license.
• Consent to the obtaining of a criminal record and a child protection registry.

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the 'collective agreement for technical service staff and technical service managers at municipal institutions'.

The starting point for salary setting is base pay grade 17 with allowance. Extra allowances will be added for evening, night and weekend service. At the time of appointment there is an opportunity for negotiation beyond base pay depending on qualifications.

The position is to be filled on December 1, 2026 or January 1, 2027.
