Valuation Manager for the Ry/Galten area - with people and properties at the center

As the assessment officer at Jyske Realkredit you will have a varied daily life with a broad range of contacts. You evaluate properties – both through physical inspections and desk-based valuations – and work closely with Jyske Bank's local branches and customers.

You will

• Assess real estate in connection with purchases, supplemental loans, construction loans, and forced sales
• Work independently with a high degree of freedom
• Be an important sparring partner for both internal and external stakeholders

Your workday consists of valuation tasks that you plan and coordinate yourself in relation to customer meetings, travel, and collaboration with the departments. You have a home office, but you can also choose to sit in the Ry department or other departments in the area when it suits your tasks.

You have ongoing contact with the private advisers in Jyske Bank's branches, whom you collaborate closely with regarding valuation tasks. At the same time, you have direct dialogue with customers, which requires both professionalism, communication, and situational awareness.

The Team – close collaboration and professional sparring

You will become part of a local team together with another assessment officer, where you work closely together and spar about day-to-day tasks. You help each other cover the tasks in the area.

In addition, you become part of a larger team of nine valuation officers across Jutland. Here there is professional sparring, regular meetings, and opportunities to share experiences.

The Department

Private Valuation consists of 29 employees spread across Denmark. We perform valuations of private homes for Jyske Realkredit and Jyske Bank.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who

• Has solid experience with property valuation – and possibly a background as a real estate agent
• Thrives working independently and takes initiative in a day with ample room for action
• Has high integrity and can navigate the tension between the customer's and the bank's interests
• Communicates clearly and professionally both orally and in writing
• Works in a structured way and meets your deadlines
