We have completed 110 property transactions in the last 12 months and have just opened a new office in Søborg. Now we want to grow outside Copenhagen, and we will do so together with skilled, independent brokers on Zealand.

How the model works

You are neither a regular employee nor alone as a self-employed person. You get the best from both worlds:

• You run your own business with your own CVR number and invoice your sales via Ejendomsmæglerkompagniet.
• You keep 100% of the commission.
• You pay a fixed monthly fee to be part of the brand and platform.
• You get our platform, so you are strong in front of sellers and buyers from day one.
• You manage your own day-to-day and are responsible for, among other things, photography and case handling. All tools and the full setup are ready for you.

We have consultants attached to the model, so you quickly get started well and so it pays off for you.

• have experience with residential sales. It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you are a licensed real estate agent
• know your local area on Zealand and have a network
