What will you be doing with us?

As a store manager at Glitter you will have a varied and responsible role with a focus on both sales and personnel management. Your main tasks will include:

• Actively work on sales by offering the market's best customer experience
• Responsible for the daily operation of the store
• Lead, coach and develop the store team
• Ensure that sales and performance targets are achieved
• Plan and prepare work schedules for staff based on the store's needs
• Ensure that guidelines for goods handling, presentation and campaigns are followed

• You have previous experience in retail, sales or service
• You have leadership experience
• You are an engaged salesperson who loves meeting customers and is motivated by achieving results
