We are looking for a skilled job consultant for the Flexjob team at the Center for Employment

The vacant position is 37 hours per week and is to be filled as of 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible.

What will your area of work be, and who will you work with?

Your primary task as an official in the flexjob team will be to help and support unemployment benefit recipients on their path to flex jobs. This includes, among other things, conducting the statutory job interviews, where you help with, for example, application materials, initiate relevant offerings and provide motivation and advice and guidance regarding concrete job searching.

In addition, you will be responsible for conducting the statutory flexjob follow-up interviews with citizens employed in flex jobs. As part of the collaboration with the citizens, we also use Frederiksberg Digital Job Center, which is an online platform for unemployed residents of Frederiksberg.

You will also have to work with the citizens in the flexjob scheme who can no longer be available for a flex job, and who therefore must have their case presented to the municipality's pension committee. You will be responsible for documenting that work capacity has permanently ceased, and for preparing and presenting the case in writing to the pension committee for a decision.

You will have a fixed caseload, but the flexjob team also has a shared responsibility for the overall task fulfillment and for ensuring the best results for the citizens.

The flexjob team consists of four employees. The team works closely with both Business Service and the municipality's disability consultant, who are important partners in the task solution. In addition, the team also communicates with doctors, other actors, the job center's other teams, the social department, etc.

Professional and personal competences

It is an advantage if you have experience with unemployment benefits and flex jobs, alternatively you have authority/mandate experience from one of the other target groups in the Danish Act on Active Employment Efforts.

Regardless of your level of experience, we ensure you get a safe start with thorough training.

We have structured training plans ready for you, and since we regularly have interns in the department, a strong learning environment is a natural part of our daily life.

• You actively participate and contribute to the team's development

• You easily navigate between several different IT systems, and quickly become familiar with new systems. We use Fasit as the professional system.
