We are looking for the pedagogue who keeps asking questions.

We do not believe that a good pedagogue has all the answers. Instead, we believe in pedagogues who keep asking questions. Why does the child react like that? What is play trying to tell us? How do we create participation opportunities for more children? What does the situation call for from us as professionals?

At Grøftekantens Kindergarten we are looking for a trained pedagogue who is curious about children, communities and their own practice. A colleague who wants to investigate, reflect and develop themselves together with others.

Start date January 1, 2027 or as soon as possible.

Who are we?

Grøftekantens Kindergarten is part of the Ravnsholtklyngen in Allerød. We consist of three ordinary rooms and one base room, and this position is in the ordinary part of the house.

We are a department where we believe children develop in relationships and communities. Therefore we are concerned with how we as adults create participation opportunities, curious learning environments and safe boundaries for all children.

With us you meet colleagues who dare to share their reflections, challenge each other professionally and help when daily life calls for it. We do not believe that one must know everything alone.

At the same time we are part of a larger community in the Ravnsholtklyngen, where collaboration across nurseries, kindergartens, forest kindergartens and base offerings provides opportunities for sparring, knowledge sharing and new perspectives.
