VIA Facility Management is looking for two cleaning assistants in Viborg

VIA, Facility Management is seeking two cleaning assistants with a start on January 1, 2027.

We are looking for employees who have experience in cleaning and are familiar with the contents and mode of action of cleaning agents. You are a positive team player who, together with your colleagues, takes responsibility and plans to achieve your collective goals.

The positions are at VIA's address at Kasernevej 5 in Viborg, where The Animation Workshop (TAW) runs education and a knowledge centre.

Your tasks

You must, in close cooperation with your colleagues, ensure that the entire building is tidy, kept nicely clean, and you take pride in making the premises inviting to be in.

Your tasks include

• Carrying out the daily cleaning within your assigned area
• Perform cleaning in the instructed manner
• Acquire knowledge of the contents and mode of action of cleaning agents
• Provide internal cover in case of short illness and holidays, etc.
• Lend a hand where necessary.

There may be extra cleaning shifts on some weekends, agreed with the nearest supervisor.

Your qualifications

• You are a team player and can join a cleaning team
• You can plan work tasks independently and keep an overview
• You can support the environment's importance for the learning and study environment
• You have a positive attitude towards collaboration with other staff to provide service to VIA's students and partners
• You can contribute to/participate in further education within cleaning
• You have IT knowledge

Because part of our collegial work requires communication in Danish, it is an advantage if you speak Danish or have knowledge of Danish, so you can understand and convey relevant information in task resolution.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are determined according to the Central Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and OAO and the agreement with 3F for cleaning assistants in the Public Sector.

Your primary workplace is VIA, Kasernevej 5, 8800 Viborg.

The positions are each 10 hours per week and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 06.00-08.00.

The positions both report to VIA, Facility Management and your nearest supervisor is Service Manager Jørn Nielsen.
