Become a clinic owner with praQtice as a partner

You start with the option to buy 25% of Favrskov Dyreklinik on attractive terms. The rest is initially owned by praQtice. But the goal is not for praQtice to continue to be the majority owner.

When you have settled well into the role, the next step could be that you buy a further 25% yourself and become a 50/50 partner with praQtice. Or that together we find another veterinarian who wants to become a co-owner.

It gives you real influence over the clinic's daily life, culture and development – while you gain access to experience, sparring and resources from praQtice.

You run the clinic – but you don't have to solve everything yourself

As a co-owner you will become a central person at Favrskov Dyreklinik. You will have the opportunity to shape both the daily operations, the team and the clinic's long-term development.

At the same time you have praQtice behind you. We work across our clinics with, among other things, management, strategy, finance, operations, employee development, data and marketing. Therefore you get both the freedom of being a clinic owner and a community to lean on when you need it.

It should be clinic ownership with freedom and influence – without having to face it all alone.

An attractive path into ownership

We want to make it realistic to take the leap from veterinarian to clinic owner.

Therefore we offer

• Contractual salary + 5,000 DKK per month in ownership allowance
• 25% of the clinic's profit
• Opportunity in the first instance to buy 25% of the clinic on attractive terms
• Opportunity later to increase your ownership to 50% – or to gain another local co-owner
• Close sparring and support from praQtice on leadership, finance and clinic development

We start with a six-month trial period. Then both you and we have the opportunity to experience the collaboration in practice before you become a co-owner.
