Do you want to make a difference for disadvantaged young people?

Opholdsstedet Godt På Vej seeks as soon as possible a qualified pedagogue or staff member with another relevant social work qualification.

We work with at-risk young people aged 10-35 who need support, presence and stable adults around them. Therefore we are looking for an engaged employee who is passionate about relationship work, professional development and about creating safe and clear frameworks that help each young person move forward in life.

We are looking for you who

• Have a relevant social work education, e.g. as a pedagogue.
• Preferably have experience with at-risk children and young people.
• Work in a mentalizing, appreciative and relationship-oriented way.
• Can create structure, clarity and security in daily life.
• Are flexible and thrive in a daily routine where no two days are the same.
• Can work independently and at the same time actively contribute to the professional community.
• Can articulate yourself professionally – both orally and in writing.
• Have an understanding of documentation, operation and collaboration with authorities and other partners.
• Have a driving license.

We place emphasis on creating a safe, stable and developmental environment, where the individual young person is met with respect, presence and clear adults.
