About the job

Join the TAS group and help set up and develop the next generation of grant schemes. We are seeking up to three new consultants for the TAS group, where you will have a central role in setting up, developing and maintaining grant schemes in our grant administration system (TAS).

Digitalisation Office

You will become part of the Team for Professional Systems and Infrastructure in the Environmental Protection Agency's Digitalisation Office. The Digitalisation Office's task is to create the best possible framework for the agency's IT systems to support the business in daily operations and under new legislation. The team consists of dedicated colleagues with different professional backgrounds, experiences and areas of responsibility. Common is the interest in the users, the systems and supplier collaboration.

We help each other, exchange knowledge, and have an informal tone. In the TAS group, we work closely with the business offices to ensure that grant schemes are supported effectively through digital solutions. Here you will have extensive contact with our Marine and Fisheries Grant Office, with the possibility to build in-depth knowledge of both the system, processes and business needs.

About the position

As a employee in the TAS group you will work on configuring and setting up grant schemes in TAS. You translate requirements and wishes into concrete system solutions and contribute to ensuring that the schemes function effectively for both applicants and case workers. The role can be adapted and developed in the direction of your competencies and interests with the possibility to influence your own task portfolio.

Your tasks will include, among other things

  • Setup, maintenance and documentation of grant schemes in TAS.
  • Translation of professional requirements and development of system solutions.
  • Close sparring with colleagues and partners.
  • Debugging and handling of error messages.
  • Status meetings and ongoing dialogue with the business.
  • Support for professional offices and case workers.
  • Participation in testing, quality assurance and implementation.
  • Vendor management, including planning and follow-up.
  • Contributing to improvements of processes and workflows.

Our expectations of you

We especially emphasize that you

  • Have experience with digital solutions, preferably from the grant area.
  • Can work in a structured way and have an eye for detail.
  • Are analytical and can unravel complex interrelations.
  • Thrive on collaboration and dialogue across disciplines.
  • Thrive in a coordinating role and can keep several tasks running simultaneously.
  • Take responsibility for tasks and see them through to the end.
  • Communicate clearly and constructively, both verbally and in writing.

You have a proactive approach to work and would like to see your tasks through to completion.

You have a relevant higher education degree, or have through your experience gained equivalent competencies. It would be an advantage to have experience with TAS or a similar grant administration system and to be able to navigate a complex political organization where priorities and needs can change. We value motivation, collaboration skills and willingness to learn as highly as specific experience.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the current Central Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and a number of academic organizations for academics in the state (Academics' Agreement).

The place of work will be the Environmental Protection Agency, Stationsparken 31-33, 2600 Glostrup.

Start date will be February 1, 2027 or as soon as possible thereafter
