Are you an experienced carpenter who dreams of more responsibility – without letting go of the craft entirely? At Raunstrup Bygningsservice A/S in Aalborg we are seeking a service foreman who will manage their own customers and projects in Northern Jutland and Eastern Jutland down to Aarhus.

With us you get the best of both worlds: you maintain close contact with practical carpentry work, while also stepping into the role of the person who plans, coordinates and ensures that tasks are completed safely and on time. You become the customer's primary contact and the natural problem-solver who keeps an overview when things are moving fast.

Your primary tasks – you manage day-to-day operations

As a service foreman you will have a key role with significant influence over your own projects. Your tasks include, among others:

• Project and customer responsibility: You have full ownership of your own customers and tasks from start to finish.
• Planning and logistics: You coordinate tasks, materials and deliveries so that the schedule is kept.
• Quality and economy: You ensure high craftsmanship quality, good project economics and satisfied customers.
• Close dialogue: You handle ongoing expectation alignment with customers and partners.
• Practical carpentry work: You carry out carpentry work yourself, primarily on your own projects.
• Team spirit: You actively contribute to the strong, collegial community in the department.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are a professionally proud carpenter who is ready to trade the traditional carpenter’s day-to-day for a leadership role on site. We would like you to:

• Have several years of solid experience as a carpenter.
• Have the courage and desire to take the next step in your career.
• Thrive in the role of the company’s outward-facing representative and be motivated by customer contact.
• Work in a structured, independent manner and be able to maintain a broad overview.
• Be familiar with IT and digital tools in daily work.
