About us: Restaurant Vita, located at Kongens Nytorv, seeks a skilled and dedicated cook with experience in the Danish kitchen. We are a well-established restaurant focused on delivering authentic Danish culinary experiences to our guests year-round.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and cooking of traditional Danish dishes
- Ensure high quality and presentation of dishes
- Contribute to menu development and specialties
- Comply with food safety standards and hygiene requirements
Qualifications
- Qualified chef
- Documented experience in Danish cuisine
- Flexible, independent and creative approach to work
- Knowledge of classic Danish dishes and techniques
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
