The job

At Aalborg Forsyning, Sales and Service, we are looking for a skilled and engaged plumbing, ventilation and sanitation (VVS) fitter for our Service and Meters team.

Here you will have a everyday life where classic VVS professionalism meets modern district heating technology, energy guidance, meters and digital solutions.

You will use your hands, your technical understanding and your ability to talk with customers.

You will become part of a well-functioning team with an informal atmosphere, where we help each other, share experiences and solve tasks together.

As a VVS fitter with us you will have a diverse working day, where you visit our customers and work with both service, guidance, meters and district heating installations.

Your tasks will include among others to

• visit and advise customers about their district heating system
• help customers achieve better heat utilization and a more efficient installation
• work with our Warmth+ customers
• troubleshoot heating installations and find good technical solutions
• approve the construction and pressure measurement of customer installations
• set up and replace heating and consumption meters
• configure and troubleshoot meters, heat limiters and remotely reading equipment
• work with digital tools and consumption data
• document the work performed
• be involved in planning and coordinating tasks in the team
• share your knowledge and experiences with colleagues

You do not have to be the type who prefers to do the same thing every day.

With us one day can be spent diagnosing issues at a customer and the next on meter technology, heat optimization or guidance.

About you

We imagine that you have a background as a VVS fitter, energy specialist or similar and have a good technical understanding.

It is an advantage if you have experience with

• d District heating systems and customer installations
• control and regulation of heating systems
• heating and cooling systems in buildings
• energy optimization and customer guidance
• digital tools and technical documentation

If you have an FJR certificate, it is an advantage, but the most important is your professionalism, curiosity and willingness to learn.

We attach great importance to you thriving with customer contact and being able to explain technical things in a way that is easy to understand.

It is a requirement that you have a valid driver's license.

Service and Meters consists of 1 team leader, 7 VVS fitters, 1 electrician and 4 administrative staff.

There is a short path from idea to action, room for professional discussions and a good amount of humor in daily life.

Your fixed meeting place will be at Gasværksvej 28, 9000 Aalborg.

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. We offer flexible working hours, opportunities for further education and fitness facilities.
