VVS technician wanted for versatile work in Brøndby – heating installation and service

Do you want a company car, service tasks and a workday with responsibility?

We are looking for a VVS fitter for service and heating installations in Brøndbyøster.

You will land in a larger VVS setup, where service takes up most of the day-to-day. The work is mainly with housing associations, commercial and private customers, so you must be able to talk properly with residents, operations and people on site. There are also larger projects and contracting, but the role here fits best for you who know service and don’t get tired of routine after five minutes. The tasks are located in Brøndbyøster and the surrounding area, and you will have a day where, as a technician, you often drive yourself.

You get a company car and freedom to take responsibility for your tasks. On larger jobs you can work with a partner or have an apprentice with you, but the service van is normally your own. The culture is social, and there is room for people who want to develop and take on more responsibility over time.

What you get Salary: 210-260 DKK per hour

Company car: Yes

Work area: Brøndbyøster and surroundings

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term programs.

Your daily life: Service, dampers and heating installations

Your everyday life

The day typically starts at the customer at 07:00. Some days you drive straight out, other days it makes sense to stop by the department first. The order depends on whether you are driving service, dampers or a larger project.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Carry out service and dampers/valves at housing associations, businesses and private customers
• Carry out heating installations, radiators and smaller VVS tasks
• Work on bathrooms and renovations when the task requires it
• Take on larger jobs in a pair or together with an apprentice
• Troubleshooter and solve urgent VVS tasks

There are monthly morning meetings where fitters and managers discuss how things are running. If you want more in the trade, there is also an opportunity to grow in the company over time.

We’re looking for someone who can check off most things

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your commitments.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a VVS fitter
• Have a driving license
• Thrive with service and know what it takes
• Show up reliably and take responsibility for your commitments
• Speak properly with customers, residents and colleagues

It is an advantage if you have experience with housing associations, heating installations or dampers/valves. But the most important is that you know what service work requires in everyday life.

Already in a job?

Then of course it should make sense to switch.

Therefore we start with a non-binding chat. You can hear more about the tasks, the company, the pay and daily life before you decide anything. And yes, it happens discreetly.

If this sounds like something for you, you can start as soon as possible.
