Become a key player in a developing company

At Kildespring // Naturens Køkken, we are in the middle of an exciting development where we strengthen our organization, optimize our production and invest in future solutions.

We are therefore looking for a warehouse- and logistics manager who will have the overall responsibility for our warehouse, goods flow, logistics, packing area and labeling.

You will become an important part of our organization and will have direct personnel responsibility for a team of 3-4 employees.

It is a position for someone who can lead people, create structure and ensure that things work in practice.

Your main tasks

· Leadership and development: Daily leadership, coordination and motivation of 3-4 employees.

· Warehouse management: Ensure correct stock, goods reception, registration and ongoing stock counting.

· Logistics: Planning and coordination of inbound and outbound goods, transport and deliveries.

· Packing and labeling: Responsibility for planning, staffing, efficiency and quality in our packing and labeling processes.

· Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste and develop smarter and more efficient workflows.

· Traceability and quality: Ensure correct handling of goods, FIFO/FEFO, traceability and compliance with relevant food safety requirements.

· Collaboration: Close coordination with production, quality department, sales and administration.

· Structure and order: Ensure a well-functioning, organized and safe warehouse and working environment.

Who are you?

We imagine that you have experience with warehouse, logistics, or a production company – preferably from the food industry.

You do not need to come with a specific education. For us, your experience, your personality and your ability to deliver results are at least as important.

We emphasize that you

· Have management experience or are ready to take the next step as a leader.

· Work in a structured way and have a natural overview – even when it gets busy.

· Are solution-oriented, proactive and good at getting things done.

· Have understanding of warehouse management, logistics and efficient workflows.

· Thrive with both practical and administrative tasks.

· Are a clear and respectful leader who leads from the front and creates followership.

· Have a knack for IT and preferably experience with ERP and warehouse management systems.

· Want to challenge existing routines and contribute with new ideas.
