Warehouse manager wanted for Spøttrup

On behalf of our client in Spøttrup, Komplex Vikar og Rekruttering is seeking a warehouse manager. This is a Try & Hire arrangement, where you are employed for the first 3 months through Komplex with the aim of permanent employment directly at the company thereafter.

The workload is high in the company, so you certainly won't get bored. In return, you will be part of a workplace where your personality is valued highly, and where thorough training in the tasks is provided.

Your primary tasks

As warehouse manager you will have the daily responsibility for the warehouse's operations and flow. You will lead a team of 5 unskilled employees, whom you will motivate and distribute the work among.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Daily operations: Sorting and packing of goods.
• Coordination: Follow-up on orders with the company's suppliers.
• System work: Registration and warehouse management in the Monitor ERP system (the system is very user-friendly and easy to learn).
• Development: As you get well into the tasks, more exciting tasks and areas of responsibility will be added to the position over time.

• Certificate: You have a valid forklift certificate (this is a requirement).
• Language: You can speak and understand Danish, so you can move around the warehouse and spar with colleagues and suppliers without problems.
• IT-savvy: You generally have an easy relationship with IT and systems, so you can quickly get into Monitor ERP.
• Personality: You are reliable, engaged, and possess good teamwork skills. Your personality and your ability to create a good atmosphere on the team are highly valued.
