We are experiencing high activity and are looking for a warehouse worker who can become an important support for our warehouse manager in daily operations. You will have a central role in ensuring that our tools, machines and materials are in the right place, correctly registered and ready for use.

Therefore it is important that you thrive both with practical tasks in the warehouse and administrative tasks at the computer.

About the job

Our warehouse is an important function in daily operations. Here we handle tools, machines and equipment used on projects across the country. Therefore we are looking for a colleague who can help ensure structure, overview and good processes in daily life.

You will become an important support for our warehouse manager, who today handles many tasks. Together you will ensure that tools and materials are correctly registered, serviced on time and always can be found when colleagues need them.

You will also become part of a warehouse team, where several of your colleagues are employed in flex jobs. They are an important part of daily operations, and you will have a day-to-day with many collaboration interfaces. Therefore we are looking for a colleague who is helpful, accommodating and good at creating structure and overview, while contributing positively to the community.

Your tasks include, among others

• Issuing and receiving tools, machines and materials
• Registration of equipment in our systems
• Ensure correct labeling with barcodes and GPS devices
• Follow-up on tools and materials so we always know where they are
• Planning and coordination of service, inspection and maintenance
• Preparation, cleaning and inspection of tools and machines
• Maintenance of order, structure and overview in the warehouse
• Administrative tasks related to warehouse management and documentation

We imagine that you

• Have experience from warehouse, logistics or similar functions
• Have knowledge of tools, machines and technical equipment
• Thrive with both practical tasks and administrative registrations
• Work in a structured and systematic manner
• Have good IT skills and ease with working in different systems
• Have an eye for details and can create order and overview
• Are service-minded and good at collaborating with many different people
• Take responsibility and follow through on tasks
