We are looking for a landscaper who takes pride in their craft

Hækken.dk is seeking a skilled landscape gardener for our team in 2027 and beyond.

We are not looking for as many applicants as possible. We are looking for the right one.

You, who can see the difference between “that’s fine enough” and “that’s right on the mark” . You who actually care about what the work looks like when you leave the client.

At Hækken.dk we have specialized in pruning, trimming and planting hedges. We work with private customers in Vejle and the Triangle Region – often on some of the area's most beautiful properties and gardens.

Our customers expect a lot from us. We expect the same from each other.

You get freedom – but also responsibility

We believe in freedom with responsibility. Not just because it sounds good in a job advertisement.

When you have the competencies for it, you also get space to use them.

You must be able to go to a customer, understand the task, make the right professional decisions and deliver a result you are proud of. In return, we provide proper frameworks around your work.

You will receive, among other things

• A good salary that matches your competencies and your responsibility
• A modern and exceptionally well-equipped company car
• Professionally quality tools and modern machines
• Freedom and influence over your workday
• Opportunity for courses and professional development
• A workplace where good ideas do not have to pass through five layers before someone listens

We place great emphasis on our equipment. You should not be standing there wrestling with worn-out gear to deliver a first-class result. If we have a tool that can make the work better, faster or more ergonomic, we are interested in it.

What do we expect of you?

A lot.

You must first and foremost know your craft and want to become even better. We imagine that you are a trained landscape gardener or have solid, documented professional experience in the green industry.

In addition, we expect that you

• can work independently and take responsibility for a task
• have a eye for detail and finish
• treat customers' gardens and property with respect
• arrive on time and keep the agreements we make
• take care of cars, machines and tools as if they were your own
• can speak properly with customers
• function as part of a small team where everyone depends on each other
• not be satisfied with “good enough” when you know it can be done better

This is physical work. We work outdoors, even when the weather isn’t at its best.

In return, you get to use your trade every single day.

Who is Hækken.dk ?

We are a small company with big ambitions. Instead of trying to be good at everything in gardening and landscape, we have chosen to specialize. Hedge trimming is our craft.

Pruning. Trimming. Planting.

We want to be among those customers call when the work needs to be done properly – and we build the company, the equipment and the team accordingly.

Therefore we are not just looking for an employee.

We are looking for a professional who wants to be part of it.

Does that sound like you?

Then we would love to hear from you.

Send a few words about yourself and your CV to kontakt@hækken.dk .

You are also welcome to call Mikkel Rasmussen at 60 12 22 13 if you want to hear more about the job.

Area of work: Vejle and the Triangle Region

Start: 2027 / after agreement

We look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards
