About the job

You will be part of production and assembly, where you work closely with both installers, machine shop and engineering. There is little distance from idea to action, and you will have a daily life where your measurements and your technical knowledge make a concrete difference.

With our ZEISS CMM you control precision, tolerances and quality on both individual parts and more complex items. You play an important role in identifying faults, documenting your measurement results and providing production with quick and precise feedback.

Tasks

  • Operate and program our ZEISS coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
  • Create, maintain and optimize measurement programs in ZEISS Calypso
  • Measure and inspect various components and assembly setups
  • Check tolerances and ensure that the parts follow the drawings
  • Prepare measurement reports and other quality documentation
  • Assist production and assembly with metrology questions
  • Help improve our measurement and quality processes
  • Give production quick and usable feedback when something isn’t as it should be

Professional Qualifications We imagine that you

  • Have experience with ZEISS CMM and preferably ZEISS Calypso
  • Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Have an eye for detail and at the same time can keep focus on what comes next
  • Are curious and eager to find solutions
  • Enjoy technical challenges
  • Can communicate with both production, assembly and engineering
  • Take pride in delivering thorough work

Personal Qualifications Who are you?

You have a technical background and experience with precision measurement and quality. Perhaps you are an industrial technician, toolmaker, mechanical technician, production technologist or quality engineer – or you have built up your experience in another way.

The most important is that you want to work with metrology and quality, and that you enjoy having control of things.

Special Conditions What do you get?

You will have an important role in our quality work and the opportunity to put your own mark on the area.

With our partner you will among other things

  • Take responsibility for an important area within measurement and quality
  • Work with modern ZEISS measuring equipment
  • Close contact with the colleagues who produce and assemble our machines
  • Opportunity to develop your competencies within metrology and quality
  • An informal daily life with good colleagues and short decision paths
  • Salary and employment terms that match your qualifications
