We are looking for a fresh and reliable Baker Apprentice, but with a willingness to learn an old craft.

We are a bakery where everything is made from scratch.

We work with our own sourdoughs, and place a lot of emphasis on our quality.

The bakery consists of a Master, 1 journeyman and 2 pastry chefs.

We have trained apprentices for over 25 years, and can proudly say that it has resulted in several medals and praise, so if you want to learn something, it is definitely possible with us.

We are looking for an apprentice who wants to learn, who is willing to get up early, and be punctual.

An apprentice who cares about doing things properly and who knows what it means to maintain good order and a hyggelike atmosphere when you are at the benches.

We can, however, promise you that you will receive an apprenticeship under proper employment and salary conditions.

And an apprenticeship where you go through all bakery trades tasks.

As something new, the bakery is closed on Sundays, so that means you have SUNDAY OFF.
