Welder for MIG, MAG and service welding in Holbæk

Do you want to earn 230-250 DKK per hour and tackle welding tasks with finish requirements?

We are looking for an experienced welder for production and service welding in Holbæk.

You will join a metal production with a team of about 10 employees, where the work involves metal constructions and parts thereof. There is both manufacturing, maintenance and repairs, so you must be able to think beyond the weld seam itself. The tasks can end up as stairs, railings, walkways or other steel constructions where finish and quality assurance matter.

This is for you who have many years in the trade and want to use the routine properly. You will have a daily routine where pre-work, welding, post-work and inspection hang together. The salary is 230-250 per hour, so your experience is taken seriously.

What you get Salary: 230-250 DKK per hour

Work area: Holbæk and surroundings

Colleagues: About 10 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Employment: Permanent employment - we look for people we can work with for many years. No short-term courses.

Daily routine: Welding, repair and quality assurance

Your daily routine The day is built around the tasks that are ready for welding, repair or preparation. You start by getting the pre-work under control, weld according to the agreed task, and finish with post-work and quality assurance. When a repair or service welding comes in, it is the routine that determines how best to approach the task.

You will, among other things, work with

• Post-work and quality-assure welded parts
• Prepare and ready parts before welding
• Weld with MIG, MAG and MMA
• Resolve repairs and service welding

There are also other processes close to welding, including laser cutting, edge bending and robot welding. This means your part must fit with the rest of the production, not just look nice at the weld seam.

We’re looking for someone who can tick most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We assume that you

• Have at least 10 years of experience as a welder
• Have worked with MIG, MAG or MMA before
• Can take responsibility for pre-work, welding and post-work
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Say something if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you’ve worked in both production and repair. But the most important thing is that you work calmly, precisely and deliver something you can stand behind.
