Wilke is seeking a CAPI interviewer for in-person interviews on various market research projects . We are looking for interviewers who can work locally in the Horsens Municipality and surrounding area .

Wilke helps Danish companies and organizations to become wiser about people, their experiences and opinions. We do this, among other ways, through in-person interviews, and that is where you as an interviewer come into the picture.

About the job

As a CAPI interviewer, your primary task is to contact people and conduct in-person interviews with them based on fixed questionnaires.

The work takes place at different locations, and the projects vary in content, target group and duration. This means the job can offer many different types of tasks and workdays.

You may, for example, be required to

• Interview passengers on buses, trains or stations about their transport habits and experiences
• Interview tourists and visitors at tourist attractions and destinations
• Conduct interviews with guests at cultural, sports and leisure activities
• Interview residents in city centers, on pedestrian streets or other public areas
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys at different locations
• Interview attendees at events, fairs and arrangements
• Collect data about people’s behavior, experiences and opinions

As an interviewer you represent Wilke in the field. It is therefore important that you have a natural approach to contacting people and can create a good and professional dialogue with many different types of respondents.

You work in a structured and neutral manner and follow the instructions and methodological guidelines applicable to the individual project.

The job is freelance, and we offer great flexibility regarding the number of hours. We try as much as possible to adapt the work to your desired number of hours and your everyday life. This means the job can be relevant for you who want few hours alongside studies, pension, or other work, and for you who want to work more hours in the periods where we have many projects.

About you

Your age and background are irrelevant – we have interviewers in many different age groups and with different experiences.

The most important thing is that you are quality-conscious, responsible and want to meet and talk to people.

Speaking additional languages is an advantage.

Experience with interview work or data collection is not a requirement. We ensure you are well prepared and provided with the tools and resources you need to become a good interviewer.

You will receive thorough onboarding and briefing before your projects, as well as ongoing sparring with your immediate supervisor. You will also have access to our learning universe, which ensures a good onboarding and introduction to the work as an interviewer.

Working hours and location

Shifts can occur all days of the week, including both weekdays and weekends, depending on the individual project.

The work will primarily take place in your municipality. There may also be opportunities to take shifts on projects in other parts of Denmark if you wish.

We strive to tailor the work schedule and the number of hours to your wishes and possibilities. The number of hours may vary depending on the projects active in the area.

Some projects require travel between different locations. It is therefore beneficial if you have a driver's license and access to a car, but it is not necessarily a requirement for all projects.
