Would you like a flexible job where you meet many different people and at the same time help collect data that is used for analyses and decisions?

Wilke is seeking a CAPI-interviewer for face-to-face interviews on various market research projects. We are looking for interviewers who can work locally in the Vejle Municipality and surrounding area.

Wilke helps Danish companies and organizations get smarter about people, their experiences and attitudes. We do this, among other things, through personal interviews, and it is here that you as an interviewer come into the picture.

About the job

As a CAPI-interviewer, your primary task is to contact people and conduct personal interviews with them based on fixed questionnaires.

The work takes place at different locations, and projects vary in content, target group and duration. This means the job can offer many different types of tasks and working days.

You can for example end up

• Interviewing passengers on buses, trains or stations about their travel habits and experiences
• Interviewing tourists and visitors at tourist attractions and destinations
• Conducting interviews with guests at cultural, sports and leisure activities
• Interviewing citizens in town centers, on pedestrian streets or other public areas
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys at various locations
• Interviewing attendees at events, fairs and gatherings
• Collecting data about people's behavior, experiences and attitudes

As an interviewer you represent Wilke in the field. It is therefore important that you have a natural approach to contacting people and can create a good and professional dialogue with many different types of respondents.

You work in a structured and neutral way and follow the instructions and methodological guidelines that apply to the individual project.

The job is freelance, and we offer great flexibility in terms of number of hours. We strive as far as possible to tailor the work to your desired number of hours and your everyday life. This means the job can be relevant for you who want a few hours alongside studies, pension or other work, and for you who want to work more hours in the periods where we have many projects.

About you

Your age and background are irrelevant – we have interviewers in many different age groups and with different experiences.

The most important thing is that you are quality-conscious, responsible and eager to meet and talk to people.

Speaking other languages is an advantage.

Experience with interview work or data collection is not a requirement. We will ensure you are well prepared and provide you with the tools and resources you need to become a good interviewer.

You will receive thorough training and briefing before your projects, as well as ongoing sparring with your immediate supervisor. You will also have access to our learning universe, which ensures a good onboarding and introduction to the work as an interviewer.

Working hours and location

Shifts can be on any day of the week, including both weekdays and weekends, depending on the individual project.

Most of the work will take place in your municipality. There may also be opportunities to take shifts on projects in other parts of Denmark if you wish.

We strive to adjust the shift schedule and the number of hours to your wishes and possibilities. The number of hours may vary depending on the projects active in the area.

Some projects require travel between different locations. Therefore, it is an advantage if you have a driver's license and access to a car, but it is not necessarily a requirement for all projects.
