We are looking for a new colleague for our window cleaning team on Funen.

Perhaps you are already a skilled window cleaner in need of new challenges? Or perhaps you have worked in some other practical job and would like to learn a new trade?

Both are interesting to us!

You do not need to be able to clean windows from day one – but you must be eager to learn, have a good pair of hands, and be ready to roll up your sleeves!

What will you be doing?

You will become part of our window cleaning team and will work with both private and business customers on Funen.

Among your tasks will be

• Traditional window cleaning
• Window cleaning with a public water system
• Interior and exterior window cleaning
• Independent customer contact and servicing of our regular customers
• Other tasks that naturally belong to daily operations

You will have a workday with freedom under responsibility, visiting many different customers and working both independently and with your colleagues.

If you have no experience with window cleaning, we will teach you!

We provide thorough training in techniques, equipment, and workflows so that you are properly equipped to deliver the quality our customers expect.

• Are quick to learn and receptive to instructions and constructive feedback
• Are service-minded, welcoming, and good at talking to people
• Appear well-groomed and presentable with good personal hygiene and a professional appearance, as you daily represent RensFyn with our customers
• Have a category B driving license

We are looking for a colleague who understands that good window cleaning is about both quality and efficiency. Our customers must have a great result, but the workday must also fit together. Therefore, it is important that you can maintain a good pace, take responsibility for your own workday, and get things done properly.

Proficiency in Danish is a requirement for the position.

You must be able to communicate confidently and independently in Danish – both spoken and written.

The position entails daily contact with private and business customers, including answering questions, aligning expectations, and handling customer inquiries. In addition, you must be able to understand and follow work instructions and communicate clearly with your colleagues and management.

It is therefore necessary that you can articulate yourself clearly and smoothly in Danish so that both customers and colleagues understand agreements and instructions correctly.
