QWC seeks window cleaners – good craftsmanship should pay off

Full-time · Greater Copenhagen and North Zealand · Based in Glostrup qwc.dk

Are you the type who spots the streak before the customer does? And do you want to work somewhere where your effort, professionalism and attitude are valued?

At QWC we are looking for new colleagues who take pride in their work. You, who want to deliver a nice result, have a good income and be part of a team where we help each other.

Maybe you are already an experienced window cleaner who needs new opportunities. Maybe you have never held a squeegee in your hand, but want to learn a practical trade. We’d love to hear from both.

What you get at QWC

• Piece-rate pay with no salary cap. As an apprentice window cleaner you have the opportunity to translate your skill and efficiency into solid earnings. We will go through the pay model with you so you know how your pay is calculated.
• Decent terms of employment. Pension, flexible benefits and holiday pay as well as access to health insurance, which among other things can help with preventive treatment. qwc.dk
• Professional equipment and a focus on your safety. We prioritize ergonomic working methods and equipment that help you perform the work properly and reduce strain on the body. qwc.dk
• Colleagues you work with – not competing against. You work mainly in pairs, and we place emphasis on helpfulness, good collaboration and freedom with responsibility. qwc.dk
• Training and opportunity to develop yourself. If you’re new to the trade, we have a structured, 12-week training program. If you’re experienced, you join a company that also works with glass renovation and commercial climbing. qwc.dk

A daily life with more than the same four walls

Your tasks include work for, among others, companies, public institutions and private customers. You work with traditional window cleaning and clean water technology, and you will encounter different buildings, customers and tasks. qwc.dk

You will have an active workday where you can see the results of your efforts. The work is physical and also outdoors, so you must enjoy using your body and being out in changing weather.

You do not need to be an industrial climber to apply. The most important is that you want to become skilled at the tasks you will solve.

What we expect from you

You keep commitments, take responsibility and treat both customers and colleagues properly.

You arrive on time and are ready for the day’s tasks. You work efficiently without taking shortcuts. And you speak up when something is off so we can find a solution together.

We emphasize that you contribute to the team: you help your partner, take care of the equipment and follow through on tasks. Experience is an advantage, but a good attitude and willingness to learn means just as much.
