Worker wanted for contractor work - borehole drilling and groundwater lowering

Do you want a practical everyday life where you use your body, work outdoors and can see the result of what you do?

We are looking for a employee for our client in Ejby, specializing in groundwater lowering and drilling, on a permanent basis.

You meet every morning at the same location and drive out to tasks on construction sites and other workplaces.

This is not a job where you sit still. You will work in varying terrain, use your body and help the team get today's tasks completed.

What will you do?

Your daily routine includes, among other things

• Drilling holes for sewer pipes
• Carrying and placing sandbags up to 15 kg into the holes
• Sucking up water, including on construction sites
• Assisting with practical earthmoving work

The work is physically demanding. There are many lifts, and you must be prepared for a workday where you are on your feet and moving in varying terrain.

What is required to succeed?

You succeed in the job when you show up consistently, take part, follow instructions, and help keep the day’s tasks moving. Because tasks can change during the day, it is important that you can adapt and thrive in a daily life where the plan does not always stay the same.

It is necessary that you

• Have an ordinary driving license (Category B). If you have a Category C license, that is a big advantage.
• Thrive in physical and outdoor work
• Can understand instructions and daily communication in Danish
• Show up consistently and be able to work both independently and in a team

Experience from agriculture or similar practical work can also be a good background.

You do not need to know everything from the start. The most important thing is that you are curious, listen to instructions, ask when you are in doubt, and want to learn.

Working hours and terms

Standard working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 7:00 to 12:30.

However, you should be aware that you cannot always expect to be home at a fixed time. In some situations you stay with the task until it is solved, and there will therefore be a good chance of overtime.

• Unskilled starting wage of 185 DKK per hour
