Recruitment Djursland is searching for a client for a skilled and ambitious profile who wishes to work as an independent insurance agent.

You may already have experience from insurance, pensions, banking, finance or advisory sales. The most important is that you can build relationships, work purposefully with sales and want to develop your own client portfolio.

You will receive great freedom and responsibility for your own sales efforts, while at the same time becoming part of a professional setup with sparring, training and support in the daily processes.

Your areas of work

You will among other things work with

• Prospecting and contacting new customers through networks, leads and your own efforts
• Booking and conducting customer meetings
• Identifying customer needs
• Professional advice on relevant insurance solutions
• Preparation and follow-up on proposals and agreements
• Building and developing your own client portfolio
• Nurturing long-term customer relationships
• Structured work with pipeline, follow-up and sales activities
• Private and/or corporate customers depending on your skills and experience

We imagine that you

• Have experience with sales, advisory work, customer contact or prospecting sales
• Would preferably have experience from insurance, pensions, banking, finance or a similar industry
• Are strong at building relationships and trust
• Want to work independently and take responsibility for your own business
• Work in a structured way and follow your opportunities through to the end
• Speak and write Danish at a professional level
• Are motivated by results, freedom and the opportunity to build a valuable client portfolio

Insurance education and IDD are advantageous, but strong sales profiles with the right motivation can also be considered.
