About the job

Are you ready to help kick off the new year well in Skt. Hansgruppen's nursing group?

We need a nurse who sees the person behind the illness, thrives on independence in everyday life and at the same time wishes to be part of a professional community where we help each other to succeed.

Imagine a working day where you are allowed to use your full nursing expertise in holistic care.

Where you have time to be curious about the person behind the illness.

Where you are not left alone with complex problems, but have a strong professional community right at hand.

This is how we work in Skt. Hansgruppen.

We are looking for a nurse who wants to make a difference for people with dementia and at the same time be part of an engaged nursing professional community, where we develop together, spar with each other and help each other when tasks call for multiple perspectives.

With us we do not just meet citizens We meet people. People with life stories, habits, relationships, hopes and wishes.

We believe that the best nursing arises when we understand the person behind the illness. Therefore we work with a person-centered approach where the relationship is an important part of the professional effort.

This applies especially to people with dementia, where safety, recognizability and presence are often as important as the nursing task.
