About the job

SOS Børnebyerne is seeking Senior Web Performance Manager

At SOS Børnebyerne we are seeking a Senior Web Performance Manager who can take responsibility for our websites and ensure they create the greatest possible value for the organization and our supporters.

You will play a central role in the development and optimization of our digital platforms with a focus on visibility, user experience, conversions and data-driven optimization. At the same time you will be the organization's subject-matter expert on the web and contribute to strengthening digital competencies across the organization.

You will be responsible for driving the development of our websites in close collaboration with colleagues in fundraising, communications and other departments. We view the web as both a communications, engagement and revenue platform, and you will have significant influence on how we translate digital opportunities into concrete results.

Your responsibilities

  • Own, drive and further develop SOS Børnebyernes websites with a focus on stable operation, optimization and user experience.
  • Work with SEO, GEO, AI visibility, CRO and analysis of user behavior to strengthen traffic and conversion.
  • Coordinate and prioritize development tasks with internal and external partners, and contribute to implementation, debugging and optimization of web and campaign pages.
  • Be responsible for web tracking, data quality, analysis and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to integrations between the website, CRM and other digital platforms.
  • Drive web-related projects from concept to implementation and ensure progress across stakeholders.
  • Advise colleagues, share knowledge and strengthen the organization's digital competencies.
  • Create collaboration across disciplines to develop shared digital solutions.

About you

We imagine that you

  • Can work independently on the operation, development and optimization of websites.
  • Have previously achieved results through conversion optimization and optimization of digital user journeys.
  • Have solid experience with SEO and an interest in GEO.
  • Have solid experience with tracking and analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Search Console, Clarity or similar, and can use them actively for web analysis and improvement of digital performance based on data.
  • Are a strong project manager who creates momentum and brings projects to a successful finish.
  • Enjoy hands-on tasks and can translate analyses and ideas into concrete solutions.
  • Want to share knowledge and help colleagues succeed digitally.

Our office is centrally located on Vesterbro, close to public transport.

We want to be an equal opportunities workplace for all and actively work to promote diversity and inclusion.

All employees at SOS Børnebyerne must comply with our Code of Conduct and Safeguarding guidelines (protection against abuse, exploitation and other unacceptable behavior), so we together contribute to a safe and secure environment for the children, young people and families we work with.
