At Hyldegården we continuously work on strengthening our professional competencies and increasing the share of educated educators. In the process we are also seeking pedagogical assistants or helpers for our day-care house, as there may be an opportunity in Hyldegården in the long term to train as an educator , while working in the house with full pay.

We are looking for you who are present, caring and who want to help give the children the very best conditions for a secure everyday life . We have an eye for the individual needs children may have, and we also work with special pedagogical tools. The position is 37 hours per week. If a full-time position is not right for you, we are happy to discuss another number of hours.

It starts on 1 November 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter. We are, however, happy to wait for the right person.

A little about us

The Hyldegården day-care house is a lovely integrated day institution, consisting of around 55 happy children aged 0-6 years distributed across 5 groups, two of which are baby groups and three of which are preschool groups.

In Hyldegården day-care we work with preventive pedagogy, community-building pedagogy and complex pedagogical issues .

Our pedagogical approach is based on creating a safe and stimulating everyday life for the children, where play and learning go hand in hand. We focus on children's well-being, development and community, and we place great emphasis on cooperation with parents.

In Hyldegården there is – due to the good collegiality and an appreciative approach to one another – a rich opportunity to develop the culture where everyone has a shared focus on the core task, namely ensuring children's well-being, learning, development and formation.
