We are seeking an instructor who is passionate about e-didactics and wishes to teach in AMU, EUD and Danish at the E+D level.

About the job

As a teacher with us you will be part of a dedicated and dynamic teaching team, where we together develop and qualify the instruction. You will join cross-disciplinary teams, where collaboration, sparring and development are a natural part of daily life.

We place emphasis on the fact that you can both convey your subject knowledge and create good frameworks for the learning of students and learners. You will therefore have the opportunity to bring together your academic, pedagogical and didactic competencies – and be involved in developing new teaching methods and tasks.

You will receive a thorough introduction to our administrative and teaching systems and programs. At the same time you will have the opportunity to continuously develop your competencies as a teacher.

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• have a health-related or pedagogical background that you can bring into play in teaching
• can motivate, inspire and facilitate learning processes
• would like to have experience in planning and delivering teaching
• are good at conveying topics both theoretically and practically to a broad range of students and participants
• are eager to join a dynamic teaching team and contribute actively to the development of new tasks
• are interested in the technological development within teaching
• are passionate about e-didactics
• have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• are mobile and have a car available

If you have completed a vocational pedagogical education at diploma level and have general competencies corresponding to the level of the vocational upper-secondary education curriculum, it is a plus, but not a requirement. In that case, we will help you with the necessary pedagogical continuing education so you can meet the teaching requirements.

Employment

The position is a full-time role, and we look forward to welcoming you on 1 December 2026. There will be variations in working hours, with some periods more busy than others.

The employment area is ZBC, and your workplace will as a rule be at Ahorn Allé 3 in Ringsted. Teaching at external workplaces or ZBC’s other addresses may also occur.

The appointment will be made in accordance with the applicable Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Teachers’ Union (LC) and the Central Organization of 2010 and the accompanying organizational agreement for leaders and teachers at institutions for vocational education that offer the basic social – and health educations (including SOSU schools).

As an educational institution we will obtain a child certificate in connection with any potential appointment.
