With us we cook from scratch every day for students, trainees, staff and guests. At the same time, the kitchens are active learning environments, where students participate in daily production, and where you as a professional help set direction, standards and create good learning conditions.

The position is split between our Food Halls in Ringsted and Holbæk. As a starting point you will have three working days per week in Ringsted and two working days per week in Holbæk.

Your tasks will include

  • Production of cold and hot dishes from scratch
  • Participation in the daily operation of the Food Halls
  • Contributing to events and special activities
  • Contribution to menu development and optimization of workflows
  • Collaboration with and support for students in their learning and development
  • Ensuring high quality, good use of raw materials and great guest experiences

You will work across the functions of the kitchens and have the opportunity to influence both quality and working processes.

About you

We imagine that you

  • Have a completed vocational certificate as cook, caterer, butcher or nutrition assistant
  • Have a driving license (category B)
  • Have experience from a kitchen and are passionate about good craftsmanship
  • Work in a structured way and maintain an overview – even when busy
  • Are reliable, flexible and a good team player
  • Want to work in a kitchen with students and contribute to their development

We offer...

A workplace with a kitchen at a high professional level, where you become part of a strong community with skilled and engaged colleagues.

With us, well-being, integrity and job satisfaction are in focus, and you get the opportunity to take responsibility and influence your daily life.

We work with sustainability, seasonal ingredients and food made from scratch, and you become part of a meaningful working environment where you make a difference every day for both guests and students.
