The kitchen at Hagested Naturbørnehus is looking for someone who is: a cook, a nutrition assistant, or has other relevant qualifications for a maternity-cover position

Since our maternity leave replacement has taken a job close to home, we are now seeking a new maternity leave replacement for Hagested Nature Kindergarten. We are an integrated daycare/kindergarten with about 65 children aged 0–6 years and 14 permanent staff. The kindergarten is located in the small, cozy village of Hagested – about 10 minutes' drive from Holbæk.

We are looking for someone who can contribute with

• Own production and combination of healthy, nutritionally correct and child-friendly meals
• Daily planning and preparation of morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack
• Creativity in relation to utilizing ingredients and minimizing food waste
• Willingness to and experience with campfire cooking – a highly prioritized part of everyday life for us
• Knowledge of self-monitoring, risk assessments and the Health Authority's dietary recommendations
• Cleaning, order and dishwashing as natural parts of the kitchen's operation
