As an ambassador and store manager at Zizzi Kolding, you are responsible for ensuring your team delivers world-class customer and OMNI service as well as strong results. Your responsibilities

• Build a results-oriented, motivated team, including recruitment, coaching and ongoing skills development.
• Overview of product range, best sellers and promotional activities.
• Visual merchandising, ensure commercial product presentations and windows with a high fashion factor.
• Collaborate with management to optimize the store's results.
• Organize and prioritize tasks according to needs, results and goals.
• Understand and deliver omni-service at a high level
• Plan and host LIVE shopping in line with the company's guidelines.
• Ensure a shift schedule aligned with the budget and the store's needs.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate as Zizzi ambassador and store manager is someone who can step into a leadership role from the start. Therefore you have experience with sales and leadership, you have the ability to lead and get your team to follow you, and you have a good business sense.
