3 experienced night shift workers for a newly launched shielded 2:1 offer

In Ellekilde – part of Gladsaxe Disability Services – we are starting a sheltered offer with a 2:1 staffing ratio. We are now seeking experienced night guards who want to join from the start.

A younger man moves in with a need for massive support for relationship building, structure and predictability. The work requires high professionalism, calm and clarity – and at the same time offers real depth and continuity in the effort.

The task

You will be responsible for

• Building a stable and trusting relationship
• Creating clear structure and preventive frameworks, also at night
• Preventing and handling outwardly directed (exhibition/acting out) behavior based on low arousal
• Documenting purposefully
• Joining closely with the day team

The position is for you who thrive on night work and can work closely with another night guard. You must be able to see the value in long-term, persistent relationship work.

We are looking for you who

• Have a social or health care education or solid experience within developmental disabilities with complex problems and behavior
• Have knowledge of autism, ADHD and structured pedagogy
• Work methodically, reflective and strong in documentation
• Can maintain calm and professionalism in complex situations
• Have a high awareness of your own boundaries and professional role
• Want to influence a new offer from the start.

Practical information

The workplace is located in a peaceful setting in Kgs. Lyngby.

The positions are awake night guards with work every other week, with working hours from 22:00 to 08:00.

The position is 37 hours per week.

Salary and terms follow the applicable collective agreement.

Start date

1 December 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
