ABOUT ME

I am a humorous man, 44 years old. I live in my own apartment in Nørrebro, Copenhagen. I have 4 fantastic children who live with their mother in Nørrebro, not far from me, and who often visit.

My previous employment was at a car workshop. I have a great interest in cars and martial arts, as I used to be very sporty. As a person, I am very positive, outgoing, and smiling, with a good amount of humor.

On my good days I love going out to experience things. But I am also fond of cozy home life and quality time with those I love.

JOB DESCRIPTION

I am seeking two new respiratory aides for my respiratory team. One position is on average 15 hours per week and the other on average 24 hours per week.

I have both a BPA team and a team of respiratory aides.

The BPA team handles personal care, transfers, practical help, and driving, while your primary focus as a respiratory aide will be on my respiratory treatment.

However, there may be occasional small tasks during the shift.

My respiratory treatment is complex, and you will therefore receive thorough training and the opportunity to gain substantial experience in the respiratory field. Experience is not a requirement – the most important is that you are curious, engaged, and eager to learn.

The work takes place both in my home and outside the home when I have to go to leisure activities, social events, or trips. You must therefore be comfortable with both the quiet days when you can entertain yourself and be ready when we go out.

The first period we spend getting to know each other and finding a good rhythm so everyday life works well for both of us.

You will become part of a fixed team of respiratory aides who together cover my shifts year-round. The team covers for illness, so it is important that you are prepared to occasionally fill in when needed. The same applies when covering for vacation in the team.

Shifts run all days of the week and include day, evening, and awake night shifts

• 08.00–15.15 (day)
• 15.00–23.15 (evening)
• 23.00–07.15 (night)

The available positions consist exclusively of day and night shifts, so you must be flexible regarding shift coverage. You must also be prepared to help with all shifts if someone is ill, on vacation, etc., in the fixed team.

EXPERIENCE IS NOT A REQUIREMENT – we are looking for you who are curious and engaged. You will be thoroughly trained according to RCØ’s guidelines and will need to be evaluated by RCØ and pass before you can take on independent shifts.

• Is a non-smoker or can refrain from smoking during working hours

• 1 fixed helper on 15 hours and 1 fixed helper on 24 hours (day and night shifts)
