About the job

Do you want to help translate one of the biggest changes in the employment field into an initiative that works in practice for citizens, businesses and employees?

At the Center for Employment and Enterprise we are looking for a colleague who can support the continued implementation of the employment reform – particularly the part that concerns job-ready citizens and recipients of sickness benefits.

The reform provides greater professional freedom and fewer process requirements. At the same time, we must solve the task with fewer resources and maintain good results for citizens and companies. This demands changes to our organization, our professionalism and our ability to translate new frameworks into coherent practice.

You will become part of a large organizational and professional movement, where we develop new ways of collaborating, leading and organizing the employment effort.

About the job

You will play a central role in creating structure, progress and coherence in the implementation. You must independently be able to drive projects forward and understand the organization and the people for whom the changes must work.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating cross-cutting implementation processes in close collaboration with managers, employees and professional environments. You must be able to navigate between strategic decisions and daily practice and have an eye for what is needed for new solutions to be understood, tested and anchored in the organization.

You will among other things

  • plan and drive cross-cutting implementation processes that translate the reform’s intentions and management decisions into practice
  • involve relevant stakeholders and create ownership and anchoring among managers and employees
  • ensure coherence between professional development, organizing, competence development, data and supporting processes
  • prepare analyses, decision proposals and timelines as well as follow up on progress, dependencies, risks and effects
  • use experiences from practice to adjust and further develop the solutions

Who are you?

You know that change requires involvement, understanding of practice and ongoing follow-up. You are curious about the everyday life in which the solutions must operate and you have an eye for both the organization's needs and the people who are affected. You work structurally and have an overview of what happens in the employment area and can translate this into benefits for the organization.

We place emphasis on that you

  • can translate decisions into solutions that work in practice and take their starting point in the needs of citizens, businesses and employees
  • involve the right people at the right times and create ownership and anchoring
  • can facilitate processes and create collaboration across boundaries
  • communicate clearly and make complex issues understandable
  • work independently and can navigate in professional, organizational and political frameworks
  • can translate the reform’s intentions into daily practice
  • have experience with complex implementation or change projects and can create overview and progress

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the employment reform and its intentions, including professional freedom, fewer process requirements and a stronger focus on results for citizens. Experience from the employment field, especially with job-ready citizens or recipients of sickness benefits, will also be an advantage.

Who are we?

You will become part of the Staff, where you will have skilled and engaged colleagues with different professional backgrounds. We collaborate to support the organization and create coherence between the strategic direction and daily task solving.

You report to the head of staff, and you will be part of a strong professional environment where we share knowledge, spar and help each other. The everyday life will be characterized by close collaborations, humor and high ceilings. There is room for both professional discussions and a good laugh – even when the pace is high. We look forward to welcoming our new colleague.
