About the job

Public Health Nursing in the City of Copenhagen, Area North seeks an academic employee to support operations and development.

We are a large organization with 250 employees from many different professional backgrounds, including academic staff, who contribute to supporting Copenhagen's vision of a good childhood and children's communities.

We are about 75 health visitors who provide health visiting services to all families with children aged 0 to 17 years.

The position offers the opportunity to work in an organization with a large variation in daily life and diverse tasks. You will have a role in developing various initiatives that require deep engagement and strong written and oral communication skills. You will describe interventions, analyze data, and conduct smaller evaluations.

Your task is overall to support the management.

You will also be involved in the operation of daily work, where your role will be to help find solutions and take on various ad hoc tasks, both practical and more administrative in nature.

We think you have a good eye for numbers, are used to working in Excel, have a keen attention to detail and can create an overview and, not least, convey your thoughts and ideas so that together we can find good solutions. You work well both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

Public Health Nursing in the North is located in the Children and Youth Administration at Vibevej 9, so we are close partners with the other professional groups in the administration.

The position is new, so you will also help develop the content. We currently have many good ideas about what an academic can help us with, but we think there are opportunities to influence a more precise job description, depending on what makes sense in the overall task solving.

Employment terms

The position is to be filled on December 1, 2026 or as soon as possible. Salary in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
